Introduction HiNeon is a company that creates stunning neon signs and artwork for various purposes. Whether customers want to buy pre-built HiPatterns Neon LED products, or design their own HiScript and HiLetters Neon LED signs, HiNeon’s website offers a convenient and user-friendly way to shop and order online.

However, HiNeon’s website was not performing well in terms of attracting and retaining visitors. The site had a poor design and user experience that did not showcase the quality and beauty of HiNeon’s products. The client approached us for a solution, and we conducted a thorough analysis of the site’s problems and opportunities. We suggested a complete overhaul of the site, with a new layout and UX that would enhance the visual appeal and functionality of the site. We also added new features that would make the site more engaging and interactive for potential customers.

  • Product discovery: HiNeon had many products, from pre-built patterns to custom scripts and letters. We had to make it easy for customers to find and filter products by size, color, price, etc.
  • Product presentation: HiNeon’s products were artistic, but the site did not show them well. We had to enhance the product pages with features like zoom, rotate, and preview.
  • Order management: HiNeon got orders from customers who wanted pre-made or custom signs. We had to create a system that would handle all the orders and let the client manage them well.
  • Business transparency: HiNeon wanted to build trust with customers, by giving them clear information about their orders, such as status, tracking, and delivery. We had to implement a system that would update customers on their order progress.
  • Business intelligence: HiNeon wanted to understand its customers’ behavior and preferences, such as what products they viewed, liked, bought, or left. We had to integrate a system that would collect and analyze customer data, and give the client reports and suggestions for improving their business outcomes.
